1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Novyn platform, API, or any associated services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Novyn provides a payment infrastructure layer that enables AI agents to execute transactions across multiple payment protocols, including x402, Merchant Payment Protocol (MPP), and traditional card networks. The Service includes APIs, SDKs, dashboards, and related developer tools.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using Novyn, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Account & API Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You agree to notify Novyn immediately of any unauthorized use. Novyn reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, financing of prohibited activities, or any use that violates applicable laws or regulations. You are solely responsible for the actions of any AI agents you deploy using Novyn.

6. Fees & Payments

Novyn may charge fees for transactions processed through the Service. Fee schedules will be made available in your dashboard and may be updated with 30 days' notice. You are responsible for all charges incurred through your account.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novyn Labs, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Modifications

Novyn reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
